Process Technician

As such, its main responsibilities are as follows:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement (time savings, reduction in scrap, simplification of work plans, etc.).
• Design, update, and optimize production plans, standard operating procedures, and work instructions for production teams.
• Contribute to the industrialization of new products or product upgrades: feasibility studies, selection of resources, and process validation.
• Provide on-site technical support to operators and team leaders: troubleshooting, training on new methods, and implementing corrective actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process and compliance with QHSE requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (manufacturing files, inspection sheets, production standards).
• Collaborate with the engineering department, quality control, production, and maintenance to ensure the robustness and reproducibility of processes

Required Qualifications / Skills / Educational Level

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a knack for documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve technical problems.
• Ability to generate ideas, proactivity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teaching ability, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (production, quality, maintenance).
• Understanding the issues related to safety, quality, costs, and deadlines.

Contract type / Work schedule

• Contract: Permanent contract – 35 hours per week
• Hours:
  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Compensation

• Salary: between €2,300 and €2,500 gross per month, to be determined based on qualifications and experience
