Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic) and respond quickly.
• Carry out the necessary repairs to ensure that production continues uninterrupted.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Suggest improvements to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
• Record service calls on the internal form

Desired Qualifications / Qualities:

• Education: Vocational high school diploma through an associate's degree in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
• Technical skills: Strong background in mechanical and industrial electrical engineering; knowledge of automation is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Attention to detail, responsiveness, analytical skills, ability to work in a team.

Contract type / Schedule:

• Contract: Permanent contract – 35 hours per week
• Hours:
  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Compensation:

• Salary: between €2,000 and €2,200 gross per month, depending on experience
