Quality Assistant

Permanent contract

The quality assistant helps implement and monitor the company’s quality management system.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update quality procedures and documents
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Track non-conformities and corrective actions
  • Raise awareness among teams about quality best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations

 

Qualifications:

  • A degree program ranging from a two-year associate’s degree to a five-year master’s degree in quality, risk management, or a related field
  • First work experience (including internships) in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001; EN 9100 is a plus)
  • Diligence, organization, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team

 

Contract type / Schedule:

  • Contract: Permanent contract – 35 hours per week
  • Hours:
    • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 

Compensation:

  • Salary: between €2,000 and €2,300 gross per month, to be determined based on qualifications and experience
